Enterprise Service Delivery Specialist

Job Overview:

The Enterprise Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise services, ensuring timely deployment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service Delivery Ownership: Ensure smooth deployment of hardware and services within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  2. Survey and Service Delivery: Conduct field survey, identify customer material and resources required
  3. Planning and Team Coordination: Plan and ensure all necessary orders, teams, and tools availability for Installation and commissioning
  4. Implementation and Handover: Lead and document smooth implementation, share progress reports with stakeholders, and hand over to Operations post acceptance test procedure clearance
  5. Solutions and Customer Satisfaction: Implement and record inventory details in Operational Support System process systems, and ensure overall service delivery and deployment field activities monitoring and tracking
  6. Daily Activity Monitoring: Monitor daily activity, interact with vendor partner teams for daily and weekly targets achievements, and identify gaps against various milestones to improve efficiency of teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications
6-18 months experience
Essential Competencies:
Customer Focus, Communication, Managing Ambiguity, Detail Orientation, Project Management, Telecom Network solutions for enterprise customers
