  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Understand Client Objectives: Understand client objectives and align them with our product solutions to drive their success.

We prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for implementation by working closely with clients and pre-sales teams. This involves explaining process and system workflows and exception scenarios.

  • Provide Trusted Advisor Services: Provide trusted advisor services to proactively address client needs and ensure adoption of new features, services, and solutions.
  • Review Account Performance Metrics: Regularly review account performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure clients' goals are met.

We drive implementation projects for systems by collaborating with clients, pre-sales teams, and product teams. We lead efforts to drive project management best practices, ensuring timely delivery with agreed resources and scope monitoring.

  • Monitor and Report: Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk.
  • Suggest Improvements: Suggest improvements or changes based on analysis.

We provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product. We develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.

  • Develop Customer SOPs: Manage infant care, close all points by working with product and support teams.
  • Create Customer Processes: Create customer SOPs for processes that can be used internally by support.

We act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.
