  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex use cases.">
  • Develop skills in Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs.">
  • Have experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.">
  • Work with various Sensing Technologies (e.g., Temp Sensor, Voltage sensor).">
  • Experience working with hardware peripherals and communication ckt design.">
  • Power Supply Design experience.">

">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Experience developing BMS for energy storage/ESS.">
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS.">
  • Strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs.">
  • Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries (e.g., UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730).">
  • Knowledge of PCB layout constraints.">
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Analog Front End circuit design for Li-ion batteries.">
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience using simulation tools (e.g., P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad).">
  • Experience working with MOSFET driving.">
  • Experience with Contactors and Relays.">
  • Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products.">
