Electronics Hardware Development Lead

The Electronics Hardware Development Lead will be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality electronic products that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of electronic hardware products, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection.
  • Drive the selection of suitable components for electronic hardware products.
  • Perform thorough PCB Bring up and Hardware debugging activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic hardware with firmware and mechanical components.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, procedures, and specifications for electronic hardware products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends in electronics hardware design and recommend improvements to existing products.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in wireless communication technologies such as GSM, Wi-Fi (Dual Band), Zigbee, and Bluetooth.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Safety and compliance certification tests like UL, CE, MID, FCC, etc.
