Senior Façade Project Coordinator

This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the façade vendors and ensure that all activities are carried out as per schedule, quality, and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills and be able to effectively communicate with architects, façade consultants, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and interface details.
A strong emphasis is placed on ensuring that the façade testing meets the technical specifications, and the successful candidate will be responsible for witnessing these tests at both the laboratory and site.
In addition to these duties, the Senior Façade Project Coordinator will also be responsible for assessing façade vendors and BMU vendors, preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management, raising purchase requests for façade works, and following up with the Purchase and Contracts department for purchase orders and work orders.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 10-20 years of experience in a similar role and possess exceptional organizational and time management skills.
