Tablet Coating Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and execute tablet coating operations in our production facility.

• Maintain, operate, and monitor tablet coating machines according to standard operating procedures and batch manufacturing instructions.
• Set up equipment for batch coating operations, including spraying, drying, and polishing parameters.
• Handle coating material preparation, cleaning of equipment, and documentation.
• Monitor process parameters like air flow, temperature, and pan speed during coating.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment before and after processing.
• Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and production teams for a smooth workflow.
• Record and maintain logs for batch-wise and equipment usage in compliance with good manufacturing practices.
• Identify and report deviations or mechanical issues to the supervisor.

• 10+2 ITI degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in coating operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of good manufacturing practices, documentation, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
