
Senior Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient management of office supplies, printing stocks and negotiate orders to achieve the best possible rates for the organization.
Arrange suitable travel and accommodations for team members by scouting options in remote areas. Coordinate with vendors to provide food, vehicles, projectors etc., supporting program needs effectively.
Organize secure filing systems for confidential company documents and be available to address employee queries on travel updates.
Book meeting rooms, distribute correspondence, and supervise junior staff members ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
Guarantee timely venue bookings for quarterly/annual reviews, events, and other office-related work assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience preferred. Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role required. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
