Job Title: Preschool Center Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our preschool operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The Preschool Center Head will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and preschool guidelines. This includes admissions, student records, parent communications, and report preparation.

The role also entails staff development and mentorship, fostering a positive workplace culture and high performance standards among teachers and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activity plans.
  • Maintain high teaching standards and monitor quality.
  • Ensure classroom environment, learning materials, and child development programs meet established standards.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Handle admissions, maintain accurate student records, and manage parent communications effectively.
  • Prepare timely reports and records for management review.
• Staff Development & Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and support staff to achieve high performance standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and organize staff development programs.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
• Parent Engagement:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for parent queries, feedback, and concerns.
  • Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to build strong relationships.
  • Provide regular updates on student progress and center activities.
• Financial Management:
  • Oversight fee collections and ensure transparent record-keeping.
  • Manage teaching aids, supplies, and infrastructure for efficient utilization.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
• Marketing Support:
  • Assist in enrollment drives, promotional activities, and community outreach.
  • Build the center's reputation through quality programs and parent satisfaction initiatives.
