We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Communications Consultant. This position involves creating and executing internal communications campaigns that engage employees and foster a sense of connection across the organization.

Job Summary

The Communications Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing internal communications campaigns that inspire connection, culture, and clarity across the organization. This individual will craft impactful content using visual tools and collaborate with various teams to create unified messaging.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Crafting Campaigns That Matter: Develop and execute internal communications campaigns from ideation to post-campaign measurement.
  • Designing with Impact: Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools.
  • Communication In Motion: Create organizational messaging in the form of videos, incorporating creative approaches.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create strategic and unified messaging.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling.
  • Design Acumen: Proficiency in Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is required. Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms, or a related field.
