Our organization seeks a skilled professional to oversee mining operations and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the coal and mining industry, with a strong understanding of Indian mining laws and regulations.

- Past association with Coal India or its subsidiaries is necessary
The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with government officials and local communities. They will also be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of all necessary applications for mining leases, environmental clearances, forest clearances, and other statutory permits.
">Others">Additional responsibilities include ensuring all mining operations are in strict compliance with the Mines Act and Coal Mines Regulations, providing timely updates and reports to senior management and external stakeholders, and handling monthly billing of OBR and coal transportation work.
