Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior client servicing team members in managing day-to-day client accounts.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings.
  • Work closely with creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and update clients regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.

What We're Looking For:

We want someone who has 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. If you're proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you
