Senior Customer Experience Manager

At AKS ProTalent, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service department. With a strong background in customer service and leadership, you will be responsible for developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.
About the Role:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the customer service department, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Respond promptly to customer service issues, providing timely resolutions
- Create and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Develop and track customer satisfaction goals, collaborating with the team to meet them consistently
- Design and execute an effective customer loyalty program, driving retention and growth
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer service activities and discussions
- Analyze service statistics, preparing detailed reports on findings
- Recruit, train, and develop new customer service agents, fostering a high-performing team
- Manage the approved budget for the customer service department, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of management practices and techniques
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
