At AKS ProTalent, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service department. With a strong background in customer service and leadership, you will be responsible for developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.

About the Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the customer service department, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Respond promptly to customer service issues, providing timely resolutions
  • Create and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Develop and track customer satisfaction goals, collaborating with the team to meet them consistently
  • Design and execute an effective customer loyalty program, driving retention and growth
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer service activities and discussions
  • Analyze service statistics, preparing detailed reports on findings
  • Recruit, train, and develop new customer service agents, fostering a high-performing team
  • Manage the approved budget for the customer service department, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of management practices and techniques
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
