Senior Logistics Strategist

Design and implement logistics planning and warehouse management strategies to ensure efficient flow of materials and products. Develop layouts for warehouse and line end-to-end material storage, and plan manpower and machine requirements through time study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics planning and warehouse management strategies, including inventory control, parts packaging development, material handling equipment management, and ERP/SAP handling.
- Define and optimize internal logistics processes and operations from dock to line.
- Monitor and manage EBOM/MBOM/PBOM, warehouse and line side operations, and storage space simulations.
- Plan manpower and machine requirements through time study, and develop layouts for warehouse and line end-to-end material storage.
- Design material flow, storage, and handling plans at point of fitment, and prepare and validate packaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in logistics process planning and execution.
- Experience with SAP and AutoCAD is desirable.
- Proficient in executing and teaching material flow studies, including kitting and sequencing knowledge, workstation layouts, and manpower assignment/balancing.
- Facilities and equipment management, project planning, and basic industrial engineering analyses are essential skills.
Technical Expertise:
- 3D CAD expertise and working knowledge of ergonomics and its application.
- Knowledge of digitalization and automation in SCM/logistics.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
