Full-Time Tele Calling Position

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with information about our comprehensive range of courses and helping them through the enrollment process.

The successful Tele Caller will maintain accurate records, follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and achieve call targets. Effective communication and persuasion skills are essential for this role, which involves interacting with customers and prospects over the phone.

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is highly desirable, as is proficiency in using communication tools and CRM software.
