  • You will play a pivotal role in managing multiple project transitions, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to closure.
  • Reporting directly to the Transition Leader, you will be accountable for internal and external reporting, tracking key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights.

Your Key Objectives

  • Complete projects within agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage active transitions as assigned and serve as the customer's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all questions, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Support the project as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues.
  • Drive governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Plan, conduct, and manage relevant trainings for the transitions team.
  • Participate in/conduct assessments to gauge the training needs of the team.
  • Understand strategic business objectives of the customer and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Participate in creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support as needed.
  • Identify and define business cases, develop project plans and transition plans depending on solution complexity, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation.
  • Provide customers with a distinct advantage as the vendor manages both IT and operations.
  • Optimize the transition methodology to reduce time, costs, risks, retain/improve quality.
  • Be responsible for risk management, understanding business and operational risks, developing, and executing mitigation plans. You will also drive process-specific business continuity planning.
  • Create and/or maintain project management documents including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis/due diligence of potential projects and support solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations, and sales cycles.

Requirements

A Graduate/Post-Graduate degree and 10+ years of experience in transition management are required, preferably from a BPO/BPM background.
