Job Summary:

We are seeking an AI development professional to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation models.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines. This involves generating and refining datasets for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and contributing to Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  • Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.
  • Run evaluations to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
  • Collaborate with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.

Contract Details:
