  • Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Conducting telephonic or video interviews with potential candidates.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database and reports.
  • Coordinating with clients and hiring managers as needed to ensure seamless communication.
  • Contributing to daily HR operations and internal hiring tasks, such as drafting job descriptions and email communications.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in human resources or a related field (BBA/MBA in HR).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.
  • A self-motivated individual who is comfortable working remotely and can dedicate consistent hours throughout the internship period.
