Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design fundamentals and be able to adapt master creatives across various formats and platforms while maintaining brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform master creatives into performance-friendly formats for Google and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Ensure correct specifications, resolutions, and formats for each platform.
  • Create high-quality adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) including standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.
  • Design and adapt packaging artworks and labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Create final artwork files for print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings.
  • Prepare print-ready files with accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles.
  • Perform basic image correction and color balancing when required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
  • Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
