Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our project management team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and empowering teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a high-performing team culture fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, aligning projects with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and efficiency.
  • Drive product strategy through collaboration with product management, development teams, and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth, user experience improvement, and scalability.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand product performance, user behavior, and market trends, informing decisions to optimize product growth strategies and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, proactively managing issues to minimize disruption to project progress.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates on milestones, progress, and any potential risks.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management, continuously evaluating and improving project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech, proven ability to grow a product from inception to market success.
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS, strong understanding of backend development, analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and technologies relevant to the fintech landscape.
