Job Title: Lead Frontend Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Quality Assurance Engineer to spearhead the testing of our frontend web applications. As a key member of our digital technology team, you will be responsible for developing test plans, executing automated scripts, and collaborating with the Agile team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios for new frontend web applications and REST APIs, ensuring end-to-end functionality meets business requirements.
  • Design and execute automated scripts using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Cypress, achieving high test coverage according to industry best practices.
  • Perform manual testing as needed and document results according to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify optimal solutions for new applications and services.
  • Document technical findings and recommendations in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation using known software testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman).
  • Deep understanding of QA and development methodologies.
  • Proficient coding skills in JavaScript, including HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, GitLab).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with good writing and speaking abilities.
  • Understanding of API design principles.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
  • Experience with Web automation testing and Server-side automation testing.
