Hair Restoration Nurse

The role of a Hair Transplant Nurse plays a pivotal part in ensuring patient safety, comfort, and the seamless execution of surgical techniques during hair restoration procedures.

This position entails:

• Preparing the operation theatre, instruments, and materials for hair transplant procedures (FUE).
• Providing assistance to the surgeon during graft extraction, dissection, counting, and implantation.
• Maintaining strict adherence to aseptic and sterilization protocols at all times.
• Counselling patients on pre-operative preparation and offering support throughout the procedure.
• Educating patients on post-transplant care, medication, and recovery.
• Managing patient records and procedure logs efficiently.
• Responding promptly to emergency situations during or after the procedure.
• Supporting overall clinic activities when not engaged in surgery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Diploma / B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid nursing registration.
• Prior experience in dermatology / cosmetic surgery / OT nursing is preferred.
• Familiarity with hair transplant techniques (FUE) is an advantage.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work extended surgical hours with focus and precision.
