You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional non-surgical hair solutions to our clients.

• Consult with clients to assess their hair loss needs and recommend suitable hair systems, including toppers, wigs, and patches.
• Expertly fix, adjust, trim, and style hair systems to create a natural, comfortable look for our clients.
• Maintain the highest standards of salon hygiene, personal appearance, and tool sanitization.
• Support inventory management, client records, and appointment scheduling.
• Represent the brand with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.

• Prior experience in hair fixing, hair replacement, or related roles.
• Strong technical skills in topper, wig, and patch application/customization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent and well-spoken.
• Ability to empathize and consult sensitively with clients dealing with hair loss.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, reassuring, and discreet environment.
