Job Description

The Enterprise/Solution Architect will be responsible for defining, developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture vision and strategy. This role focuses on creating scalable secure and efficient architectural frameworks while leading solution design efforts.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems. The architect will provide technical leadership on key platforms particularly Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture vision and strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Creating and updating architectural roadmaps guiding the evolution of IT systems and capabilities
  • Establishing and enforcing architectural standards governance policies and frameworks
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on enterprise architecture
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A Doctorate Master's or Bachelor's degree with 12 to 17 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud/Health Cloud in a call center environment
  • Strong architectural design and modeling experience
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience with system integration and IT infrastructure
  • Proven ability to align business requirements with technical solutions in regulated environments
  • Experience working in agile methodologies including Product Teams and Development models

  • Salesforce Application Architect (Mandatory)
Soft Skills
