Cloud Integration Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Integration Expert to design, develop, and support integration solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EDI and B2B integrations, with a strong background in implementing B2B/EDI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop integrations using cloud-based integration platforms, including application adapters, file-based integrations, and REST/SOAP services.
  • Implement and manage B2B/EDI transactions, including X12, EDIFACT, and custom formats.
  • Configure and maintain B2B agreements, trading partner setups, and document definitions in cloud-based integration software.
  • Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and trading partners to understand integration requirements.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues, ensuring high system reliability.
  • Develop and maintain error handling, monitoring, and alerting for cloud integrations.
  • Provide production support and manage SLAs for B2B/EDI transactions.
  • Maintain documentation, including design specifications, integration mappings, and operational runbooks.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in cloud integration.
  • Strong experience with B2B/EDI integrations and standards, such as X12, EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, etc.
  • Experience working with cloud-based integration software and configuring trading partners.
  • Hands-on development of integrations using cloud adapters (ERP, HCM, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts (synchronous, asynchronous, orchestration).
  • Proficient in XSLT, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and Web Services.
  • Experience with error handling, logging frameworks, and integration monitoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
