">Essential Responsibilities
  • Work as a production support SME and OICS engineer within a Fusion Integration POD
  • Monitor production batches, provide fixes to production issues, and proactively reduce incidents
  • Collaborate with product owners to plan and deliver small/medium business CRs and book of work
  • Support existing inbound and outbound integrations and lead new integrations with design/build
  • Be part of an agile team, delivering complex integration and proposing technical solutions
">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience with proven ability to perform the job
  • Production support experience with incident management and change management
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC, Oracle Cloud)
  • Good understanding of Oracle Fusion or any other ERP's technical and functional business process flow
  • Ability to work on VBCS applications and perform testing
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient to work independently without much supervision
  • Flexibility for production support and weekend activities with periodic rotational shifts and/or oncall support
  • Experience across scheduling tool, scripting, ETL, database, and transmission technologies
