Technical Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Integration Specialist. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Development: Utilize EIB, Studio, Core/Payroll Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML for transformations, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) to create robust integrations between Workday and external systems.
  • Calculated Field Configuration: Implement calculated fields to optimize data transformations and integration strategies.
  • Data Conversions and Migrations: Ensure smooth interface development between Workday and external systems.
  • Technical Design Documents: Develop comprehensive technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
  • Collaboration with HR Teams: Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Core Workday Skills: Proficiency in Workday EIB, Studio, Core/Payroll Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML for transformations, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Cross-ERP Exposure: Familiarity with Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion, SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Middleware & Other Tools: Knowledge of APIs & Web Services using .NET, Java, Struts, Middleware platforms: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.
