Senior Payroll Manager

As a seasoned and highly skilled payroll professional, you will oversee all aspects of payroll operations for multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team of 4-5 members to achieve exceptional results.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of international payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Utilize advanced tools such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP for efficient payroll processing, along with Excel for complex calculations.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements for countries under your purview.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes in regions like Dubai, South Africa, Morocco, and Nigeria.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company policies.
- Proven experience in APAC and MEA payroll operations, with significant expertise in these regions.
- Ability to handle a diverse team, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
- Expertise in payroll laws of different countries, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in payroll tools and software, including Workday, Oracle, and SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to perform complex calculations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and finance principles, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
