Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Requirements Analyst to join our product-driven team. As the primary author of business and functional requirements, you will drive our product roadmap by translating business needs into comprehensive specifications.

About the Role:

This is a full-time remote position that requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful iteration management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
  • Oversight of product requirement implementation and iteration
  • Analysis of business processes for optimization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS environments as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in iteration management and working with product teams
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
