Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a skilled UI/UX designer with expertise in using Figma to create innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms. The role involves developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design principles and user-centered methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces and user experiences that are intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent with the company's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user testing sessions and enhance designs based on user-centered principles and usability results.
  • Mentor junior designers in UI/UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with expertise in using Figma.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-fidelity designs that meet business objectives.
  • Expert understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in implementing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Figma design projects highlighting innovation and problem-solving.
