Lead Java Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer to oversee the technical aspects of our projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of developers and ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with experience in leading teams and overseeing technical projects. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and testing software solutions
  • Oversee the technical implementation of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and code samples
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new approaches and tools to improve our software development processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its ecosystem
  • Experience in leading teams and overseeing technical projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in software development
