Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled construction professional to lead our high-profile projects in Belgaum, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both RCC and steel construction, with hands-on experience in modern construction techniques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high quality standards.

  • Tender Review:
  • Analyze tender documents and drawings to ensure alignment with client specifications.
  • Prepare technical queries and liaise with clients for clarifications.
  • Site Logistics:
  • Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies to drive value engineering and execution excellence.
  • Plan resources including labor and plant & machinery.
  • Design Coordination:
  • Collaborate with in-house design teams for construction-friendly designs.
  • Coordinate with external consultants to optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Technology Expertise:
  • Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment to handle complex structures.
  • Project Execution Support:
  • Conduct site visits to review progress and suggest alternate solutions.
  • Work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Communication & Documentation:
  • Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in modern construction techniques.
  • Strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with latest construction technologies and fast-track execution methods.
