Air pollution takes more than 7 million lives globally every single year. Over 5% of premature children death occur due to air pollution in developing countries.

Our Goal

We strive to make air pollution-free technology accessible to all by optimizing production activities and ensuring product quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Line Management: Coordinate and optimize production activities across assembly lines.
  • Production Strategy: Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met while maintaining product quality and minimizing downtime.
  • Process Improvement: Implement and sustain initiatives to enhance line efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Inventory Control: Overlook daily start and end inventory reporting, ensuring accurate tracking.
  • Workforce Deployment: Manage workforce deployment, shift scheduling, absentee management, and skill mapping to maintain productivity.
  • Quality Standards: Drive quality standards by coordinating with Manufacturing Lead, ensuring SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards are adhered to.
  • New Product Launches: Support new product introductions or design changes in coordination with R&D/engineering teams.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor operators and line leaders on performance standards and skill development.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key production metrics, including output, downtime, efficiency, scrap rates, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing environments managing multiple products.
  • Proven expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and shop floor management.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams, allocate resources effectively, and meet production targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with production planning, workforce management, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs and process documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on attitude with a willingness to work on-ground.
  • Experience in automotive, consumer electronics, or similar high-volume industries.
