Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and report defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, and implement process improvements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in UAT/Test Management roles, experience in testing CRM workflows and third-party integrations and API, exposure to mobile and web-based Sales - CRM tools, and knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
