Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and functionality.

  • The Software Quality Assurance Specialist will analyze project requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
  • They will ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all test processes and outcomes.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Accurately log test results and report bugs or issues with precision.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Around 3 years of experience in software testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Java or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
