We're seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our organization. This role involves managing and supporting cloud environments, operating systems, directory services, and enterprise infrastructure.

This engineer will work as a liaison between infrastructure and delivery teams, ensuring global standards, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Manage logical volume management (LVM) and monitor server health.
  • Administer user authorization and access controls.
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain Linux/Windows instances in cloud platforms.
  • Handle cloud storage solutions – create/attach EBS volumes, partition drives, restore from snapshots.
  • Configure and manage firewall settings (security groups, rules, restrictions).
  • Automate deployments with templates.
  • Migrate instances across different Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs).
  • Set up and maintain AWS services: Relational Database Service (RDS), Route 53, Elastic Load Balancer (ELB)/Application Load Balancer (ALB).
  • Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles, users, and access policies.
  • Execute server patching, decommissioning, file system and network configurations.
  • Manage Active Directory and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory services for authentication and access.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS administration
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
