Genome Data Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Genome Data Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

The Senior Genome Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting molecular genetic results, including HLA & Chimerism. This role requires collaboration with an expert team for analysis and interpretation of NGS analysis and genetic diagnostic testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing molecular genetic data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Collaborating with the team to generate clinical reports within tight turnaround times (TAT).
  • Working closely with the genome analyst team and customer support to ensure timely project closure and test order completion.
  • Liaising with the sales and BD team to address customer queries.
  • Managing LIMS status and improving services through continuous teamwork with management and sales forces.
  • Providing consultations on specific projects and publishing clinical and laboratory findings in peer-reviewed journals as required.

Requirements:

A Master's degree in Human Genetics or Molecular Biology is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in analysis and interpretation of molecular genetic results is necessary.

Continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry developments are essential for this role.
