Senior Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Strategist to spearhead our brand presence and engage with students across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to lead social media for one of India's most engaging student-first brands.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost engagement, reach, and brand awareness across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Create a content calendar aligned with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and trending topics to resonate deeply with students.
  • Manage end-to-end content execution: brainstorming, posting, captions, hashtags, and audience interaction to foster a strong online community.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize virality and student engagement.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights for continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative, video editing, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in handling social media pages (personal brand, startup, or agency) with a strong understanding of student/Gen Z audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, with basic knowledge of design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to read analytics and adapt strategies for optimal results.
