Job Opportunity:

R&D Engineer, Principal Engineer

 

You will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge CMOS embedded non-volatile memories, including MRAM and RRAM. Your expertise will be crucial in designing architecture and implementing circuits focused on high speed, low power, and high density.

 

You will perform schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, layout supervision, and design verification. Additionally, you will interface with CAD and Frontend teams for memory compiler automation, EDA model generation, and verification flows.

 

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving physical layout design and verification processes
  • Providing technical support
  • Performing other tasks as required

Requirements

 

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field is required.

 

Proficiency in CMOS memory design (NVM or SRAM), circuit simulation, layout design, parasitic extraction, and layout verification/debugging is essential.

 

Fundamental knowledge of analog circuits such as charge pumps, voltage regulators, current mirrors, voltage/current references, and comparators is preferred.

 

Programming skills in C-Shell or Perl are necessary.

 

Desirable Skills

 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail are required.

 

Experience in preparing technical documents, reports, or presentations across varied assignments is beneficial.
