Senior Memory Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Memory Design Engineer with extensive experience in full custom memory design and architectures.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various memory architectures, hands-on experience designing SRAM leafcells from scratch to top-level integration, and working knowledge of advanced nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm) such as TSMC.

Critical skills for this role include proficiency in physical verification flow debug tools like DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, IR, Cadence Virtuoso layout editor, and Caliber Physical Verification Flow. Experience with Synopsys Custom Compiler is highly desirable.

In this role, you will create detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler, and perform debugging of silicon failures and identify layout-related issues.
