Electronics Design Leader

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Leader to drive the development of innovative electronic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics design and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute design strategies to deliver high-quality electronic products on time and within budget.
  • Lead a team of electronics designers to design, develop, and test electronic components, circuits, and systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic designs into overall product architecture.
  • Evaluate intermediate and final results of projects to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives.
  • Make assignments for team members, provide design guidance, and develop schedules to monitor progress throughout the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics design and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex electronic projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical skills in electronics design, including analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, and microcontroller programming.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
