Job Title : Enterprise Data Analyst (Workday Prism Focus)
">We are seeking an experienced enterprise data analyst to support our Workday initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions within the Workday ecosystem, especially using Workday Prism to enhance reporting and data integration. Responsibilities include:
">- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
">- Designing, developing, and implementing Workday Prism data pipelines, datasets, and lenses.
">- Integrating Prism with external and internal data sources.
">- Optimizing data transformation and modeling in Prism to enable efficient analytics.
">- Building dashboards and custom reports in Workday leveraging Workday Reporting, Prism, and Composite Reporting.
">- Providing best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in Workday Prism.
">- Supporting Workday HCM, Finance, or other modules depending on project needs.
">- Conducting unit testing, UAT support, and end-user training as needed.
">- Staying updated with Workdays bi-annual releases and providing recommendations on next steps.
">Qualifications
">- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant.
">- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
">- Deep understanding of Workday Data Sources, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Workday Security.
">- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating 3rd party data sources into Workday Prism.
">- Strong SQL skills (for data prep and validation).
">- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
">- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
