Claidroid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking skilled and driven Data Analysts to join our Expert Services team. In this role you will work on high-impact projects, leveraging data to deliver business insights and enable digital-first decision-making.
Are you passionate about Power BI, automation, and turning data into action? Do you thrive in a hybrid environment and enjoy working across cross-functional teams? If yes — we want you on our team
What You'll Do:
- Build and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Write complex queries in SQL and integrate advanced analytics with Python & DAX.
- Automate workflows with Power Automate and develop apps with Power Apps.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
- Deliver high-quality data insights in a timely, structured, and impactful manner.
What You'll Bring:
- 5–6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, and DAX.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate & Power Apps (highly preferred).
- Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with additional BI and automation tools.
- Exposure to cloud-native data environments.
Remarks:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Hybrid work model (occasional office presence required in Trivandrum/Pune)
- Candidates with strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate will be given special weightage
