About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and rollout of an EHS solution in a manufacturing setting using a project management approach.

  • Manage the implementation/roll out of an EHS solution using a project management approach along with technical expertise.
  • Be accountable for the success of transformation projects, including demand collection, requirement gathering, proposal development, blueprint creation, realization, cutover planning, training, go-live, project closure, committees, subcontractor management etc.
  • Contribute to the strategy of the EHS Domain by participating in 5-year plans, including architecture concepts and assessing transformations against current strategies.
  • Manage a part of the ongoing maintenance activity, contributing to incident management and progressive maintenance management within the domain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar position.
  • General industry knowledge or steel market experience is advantageous.
  • SAP customizing skills in EHS module.
  • ABAP skills are beneficial for resolving issues and debugging.
  • Deep understanding of Health and Safety business processes and experience in related area is desirable.
  • Business Process Modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities, with a synthesis spirit and autonomous work style.
