Senior Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
  • Explain services clearly, converting leads into successful enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Conduct need-based counselling to understand the client's educational requirements and provide relevant solutions.
  • Demonstrate products and services through compelling online presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing value proposition.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals through strategic planning and execution.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities to address client needs promptly and efficiently.
  • A confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional results.
