**Required Skills:**
  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration
  • Experience in operational application management, including troubleshooting user issues, performing root cause analysis, identifying recurring issues, and ensuring long-term fixes
  • Expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications, including defining and fine-tuning alerts, integrating Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling, and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks
  • Ability to analyze and optimize application code with respect to error handling and alerting, strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams, knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
