Full-Time Consignment Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Consignment Manager in Mumbai.



Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Identify and onboard high-end sellers, closing deals on in-demand, trending luxury items with precision and efficiency.
  2. Authenticity Expertise: Differentiate between authentic and counterfeit products, ensuring only genuine pieces are accepted.
  3. Inventory Optimization: Review older inventory, explore strategies to move items, and communicate with clients effectively.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Manage challenging clients with professionalism, resolving issues strategically while protecting business profitability.
  5. Content Creation: Photograph products and create SEO-friendly, accurate titles and descriptions for the website.
  6. Merchandising Support: Take ownership of any additional merchandising tasks as required to support the business.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and accessories.
  2. High emotional intelligence with empathy, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to engage clients with warmth and professionalism.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Attention to detail with a sharp eye for authenticity.
  5. Ability to balance client satisfaction with business objectives.
  6. Tech-savvy, with basic photography and e-commerce skills.
  7. A self-starter with problem-solving ability and adaptability.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is beneficial.
