Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Murex automation professional to join our team. As a key member of our testing group, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts for various Murex modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using scripting languages such as Java or Python.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality of Murex systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and support teams to understand requirements and validate system behavior.
  • Implement automation frameworks and ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of scripts.
  • Track defects, log issues, and retest in coordination with development teams.
  • Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
  • Provide regular status updates and test progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and workflows.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for test data validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and MxTest.
  • Hands-on experience in Murex automation tools.
