**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect - Infrastructure Services to join our team.

  • Maintain and enhance Terraform scripts for various cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations, including phData Provision Tool and related infrastructure tooling.
  • Automate environment setup, deployments, and key rotation practices to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with Senior Engineers to ensure smooth operations, handling AWS IAM, RSA key management, and 1Password Vault usage.
  • Implement development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure, setting up tools and required infrastructure as needed.
  • Define and establish development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.
  • Evaluate software code developed in the project, verifying and validating its quality.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate bug fixes with developers, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor processes throughout their lifecycle, updating or creating new processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop automated processes where possible, leveraging technology to optimize workflows.
  • Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures through regular vulnerability assessments and risk management.
  • Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools and pipelines, enhancing delivery speed and quality.
  • Create continuous integration, continuous development, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD Pipeline) for various technologies and platforms.
  • Mentor and guide team members on DevOps collaboration, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Monitor and measure customer experience and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Plan team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and with customers, ensuring clear expectations and progress updates.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and external interfaces, maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Provide regular progress reports to management and customers, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with financial domain customers, delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure services, with a focus on Terraform, cloud platforms, and automation tools.
  • Proven track record of success in DevOps operations, including process definition, implementation, and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolutions.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines, with the ability to select and deploy appropriate solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, with the ability to identify and deploy effective measures.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate software code and verify its quality.
