
Program Lead – Language Training

The primary role of an English Trainer involves scheduling and overseeing the delivery of English training sessions for a specific program. This entails coordinating with candidates, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure seamless progression throughout the selection process.
\Key Responsibilities:\

- Coordinate and schedule English training sessions for assigned candidates.\
- Monitor attendance and engagement levels among candidates during training sessions.\
- Organize pre-departure English assessments and provide timely feedback to concerned stakeholders.\
- Develop and implement strategies to address day-to-day issues affecting candidate progress.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.\
Requirements:\
- \
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.\
- IELTS trainers or instructors preferred due to their expertise in teaching English proficiency tests.\
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training, preferably in a similar domain or industry.\
Working Conditions:\
- \
- Working hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (with flexibility to adjust according to business needs).\
- Work from the office environment.\
- Monday to Saturday working days (excluding third Saturdays).\
- Immediate start is preferred, but suitable candidates can be considered for future openings as well.\
