Job Role:

We are recruiting a talented individual for the position of BIM Manager within our Water team. The successful candidate will be based in Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai and work on several complex and challenging projects in the North American region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop BIM strategy, oversee all BIM work on select projects, and ensure BIM quality on all projects, working closely with BIM Leadership on pilot projects.
  • Develop and supervise project staff and processes related to BIM implementation for project controls.
  • Drive automation processes and coordinate complete model life cycle development and functionality (3D, 4D, and 5D).
  • Coordinate the review and validation of construction models (including 4D/5D contractor model submittals).
  • Provide and format information from virtual models throughout the project lifecycle, including utilizing models and visualizations for presentations and reporting construction progress.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Minimum years of experience required (extensive understanding of Common Data Environment platforms like BIM and ProjectWise).
  • Highly proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Premiere Pro, 3Ds Max, and Sketchup (knowledge of Bentley, Synchro Pro, and other platforms a plus).
  • Managed a team of more than BIM modellers.

Competencies:

  • Experience in developing 3D models for visualization and design exposure to 4D models linked to project schedules for simulation, and 5D models to support estimating efforts.
  • Experience with BIM execution plans.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
